【学术前沿动态】新冠专题跟踪报道

适逢武汉解封一周年,战“疫”已取得阶段性重要成果,科学研究为抗疫持续提供“硬核力量”。本期学术前沿将盘点和追踪全球发表的新冠肺炎抗疫文献成果,致敬那些奋战在科研战线上为武汉、为新冠疫情默默奉献、攻坚克难的科技工作者们。

一、国内外论文分布概况

通过构造检索式并实施检索发现(检索时间为2021年3月28日),2020年1月至今,SCIE、SSCI、A&HCI数据库收录新冠肺炎领域相关论文85,824篇,其中,ARTICLE和REVIEW两类论文共计52,272篇,占总发文量60%;中国知网/万方数据库收录新冠肺炎相关期刊论文246,817篇,其中被CSCD/CSSCI收录的核心期刊论文9,693篇。后续分析基于以上52,272篇SCIE/SSCI/A&HCI数据库收录的ARTICLE和REVIEW论文,以及9,693篇CSCD/CSSCI收录论文。

从全球范围看,新冠肺炎领域相关论文数量一直呈高位增长态势。根据对该研究主题的持续跟踪(前期报道详见《新冠肺炎研究高影响力论文摘要》和《新冠肺炎专题:非生物医学类外文论文分析》)发现,该领域自去年6月始一直保持日均新增200篇以上的发文速度,成为当前最受学术界关注的研究热点。

52,272篇外文论文来自199个国家或地区,其中排名前10位的国家为:美国(15,855),中国(8,430),意大利(5,280),英国(5,208),德国(2,868),印度(2,841),西班牙(2,631),加拿大(2,628),澳大利亚(2,377),法国(2,169)。全球有36,936个机构参与了该领域的研究。表1为中外文论文发文量TOP10研究机构,华中科技大学和武汉大学表现抢眼,国际论文发文量分别位居第四和第十,中文论文发文量则均位居前三。

从论文的来源期刊来看,外文论文涉及5200多种来源期刊,中文则涉及1083种。表2为中外文发文量TOP10的来源期刊,可以发现,外文期刊学科较为集中,主要涉及医学、公共健康和环境领域。TOP10中文期刊中有9种均为CSCD收录的医学类刊物,《人民论坛》是其中唯一一种被CSSCI收录的社科类期刊,由人民日报社主管、主办。此次上榜原因主要是刊载了大量有关防疫抗疫、后疫情时代的政治、经济、管理等多个领域的学术论文。

二、论文学科/主题分布

中外文数据库的学科分类统计均表明,新冠肺炎领域研究论文以生物医学学科为主,同时涉及多学科类别,论文量最多的前10个学科类别见表3。相对而言,中文论文涉及学科领域较为广泛,包括政治、经济、新闻传媒、行政管理等多个学科范畴。

通过抽取前述9,693篇中文论文的所有关键词进行词频统计,可以得到高频关键词词云。除新冠、疫情等高频词外,其它主要的高频词有:突发公共卫生事件(192次)、肺炎(153次)、网络药理学(97次)、应急管理(94次)、在线教学(77次)、人类命运共同体(77次)、后疫情时代(77次)等。

为了深入挖掘新冠肺炎领域的研究热点,我们利用Incites数据库基于引用关系的聚类功能,对52,272篇外文论文进行主题分类,最终得到基于强引用关系的相关论文10928篇。以下将这些论文的宏观研究主题(ResearchArea)归并为四大类,并列出各宏观主题下发文量TOP10的微观主题,详见表4。

三、高水平论文列表

我们整理了三个新冠肺炎研究领域的中外文高水平论文清单,供相关研究参考:一、ESI TOP论文(含热点论文和高被引论文)805篇,其中武大发文33篇;二、中国科技期刊卓越计划中的领军期刊论文110篇,武大发文5篇;三、人文社科一流期刊论文63篇。因篇幅有限,在此仅按照学科百分位或下载量/被引量各列出前20篇(其中包括我校发表的6篇论文),其余论文详见:https://libguides.lib.whu.edu.cn/c.php?g=925380&p=6808710
